New Delhi: Following are the top 13 engineering colleges in Chennai according to the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) for the year 2022. While Indian Institute of Technology Madras tops the list all over India and also in Chennai, it is followed by Anna University Chennai, SRM institute of Science and Technology, Satyabhama institute and Vel Tech. NIRF 2022 has ranked the top 200 engineering colleges in the country and has also provided the rank band between 201 and 300 (without specific ranking.) These thirteen colleges are in the top 200 engineering colleges in the country.
